BnK’s Event Rentals operates by appointment only, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, 

Monday to Friday.

You may also book online through our website for site inspections or virtual consultations.

The easiest way to place an order is through our website by checking out. 

1. Go to our Rentals page
2. Select your items and quantities and add them to your cart.
3. Enter your event date and venue details.
4. Submit your quote request.

Once received, we will prepare a formal quote and rental contract for your approval.

For custom items or large bookings, feel free to reach out via phone or email.

• Delivery Orders: Minimum rental order of $100 (before delivery fees).
• Customer Pickup: Minimum order of $50 from our Langley location.

Our inventory is in high demand, especially during peak wedding season.
We recommend booking as early as possible.

Items are only secured once we receive:

✔ A signed contract
✔ A 30% deposit
✔ A refundable $250 booking deposit

All rentals include a single-event rental period.

For your convenience:

• Pickup orders: You may pick up the rental items a day before your event and return them the day after.
• Delivery orders: We can deliver a day before and pick up the following day based on your event schedule.

If you need multi-day, weekend, or extended rentals, please let us know at the time of booking, and we'll be happy to accomodate.

Final quantities must be confirmed 14 days before delivery or pickup.

• You may increase quantities at any time. (subject to availability)
• You may not reduce quantities within 14 days of your event.

Yes, samples are available for most items.

• A refundable security deposit is required.
• You can view items at our Langley office by appointment.
• We also offer on-site viewing services upon request.
