Payment/Cancellation Frequently Asked Questions

To secure your booking:

• 30% of the total rental amount
• $250 refundable deposit
• Signed rental contract

Final balance is due upon invoice or upon delivery.

• Changes must be submitted 14 days before your event
• Reductions cannot be made within 14 days

Cancellations:
If cancelled within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, a 25% cancellation fee applies.

• Rental charges apply based on time out, not usage.
