Damages/Missing Items Frequently Asked Questions

If any items are missing or damaged:

• We will notify you within 72 hours of Items Return.
• Replacement fees will be deducted from your $250 refundable deposit
• Any remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid within 7 working days.
• If missing items are returned within 48 hours after our notification, we will issue a refund accordingly.

Clients are responsible for rental items from the moment they are delivered or picked up until they are returned.

Replacement fees are based on:

• The cost of the item
• Availability and sourcing
• Shipping and restocking expenses
• The item’s condition upon return

Only damaged or missing items will incur replacement charges.
